Professional services firm Deloitte has promoted Stevan Rolls to partner for global talent.

Rolls told Recruiter he will lead the Deloitte’s workforce quality, capability & agility centre of expertise. He will also be responsible for talent quality and capability standards, workforce planning and analytics, strategic mobility, recruitment and open talent solutions.

Rolls was previously UK head of HR, a role he has held since June 2007.

He joined Deloitte in 2006 as director of resourcing and mobility from rival Big Four audit firm EY.
