Montreal Associates has appointed Noel Pervez to join its DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) permanent division as executive/team leader for the Baden-Württemberg & Hessen regions of Germany.

Pervez will help the IT recruiter grows its presence in the SAP (specialist software application) permanent marketplace in Germany.
