Chris Hitchens, owner of wealth management sector recruiter Platform People, has launched a new cloud-based global talent search and placement platform, Co-ignition. 

The aim of the new platform is to reduce time to hire and make the process cheaper. 

Through the platform, employers will be able to set the fee they want to pay recruiters who will then bid for the job.
