Global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has appointed Tim Dietlin as partner in its Chicago office.

Dietlin’s background is in life sciences and professional services. He has worked globally across research & development, medical and commercial functions to increase productivity, drive transformational change, and build leadership teams for life sciences organisations.

He most recently served as a partner at technology giant IBM, leading the firm’s life sciences strategy and transformation consulting practice.
