Specialist recruiter Drayton Partners has appointed Wayne Mabbott as partner.

Mabbott joins from footwear firm Dr Martens where he was a product director and brings previous global experience from sports brand adidas.

His appointment sees the consumer sector staffing specialist expand its reach into fashion and sportswear from its base in retail and food & drink.
