Property staffing specialist Deverell Smith has appointed Lisa-Jo Taylor to head its technical and construction division.

She joins from Hays Construction and Property where she was national account director. 

Her remit is to drive expansion of the technical team into key construction and property development markets across the UK, primarily focusing on Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)-accredited quantity surveyors, building surveyors and project managers.
