Video interviewing platform provider GreenJobInterview has appointed a new board of directors.

Software firm Fetch’s Former chief executive Ryan Mulholland has joined to oversee day-to-day operations as the online interviewing company’s new president. 

Greg Rokos is now chairman of the board and chief strategy officer, while Theo Rokos, continues as chief executive.

Also on the board are Jim Philip and Curtis Marks. Philip led Vurv until its acquisition by Taleo in 2008 and is now the co-founder and partner in Harbor View Advisors, a company that specialises in HR technology. Marks is another HR tech veteran who builds and sells companies in the sector.
