Cassandra Hughes and Ryan Duffissey join North-West-based umbrella company Paraplus.

Hughes joins from technical, construction and engineering specialist ATA Recruitment as an account manager, with a focus on working with agencies servicing within the logistics, waste management and retail sectors.

Duffissey joins from executive search firm Jordan Sheppard as business development manager.
