Bridgewater Human Capital has acquired System Training for an undisclosed sum.

Bridgewater, the parent company of in-house workforce solutions provider Assist Resourcing Group, employs more than 7,000 people, providing resourcing solutions to the logistics, retail supply chain, food production and manufacturing sectors.

System Training, founded in 1996, delivers commercial training across the logistics and warehousing sectors, as well as more than £6m of publicly funded training across employment solutions and apprenticeships.

Accountancy and business advisory firm Cowgill Holloway advised on the deal.
