Apollo Tyres appoints chief HR officer

Apollo Tyres, headquarted in Gurgaon, India, has appointed Martha Desmond as chief human resources officer, replacing Tapan Mitra who retired at the end of last year.
Fri, 9 Jan 2015Apollo Tyres, headquarted in Gurgaon, India, has appointed Martha Desmond as chief human resources officer, replacing Tapan Mitra who retired at the end of last year.

London-based Desmond is responsible for the strategic and operational HR globally, and is a member of the company’s management board.

She joins from oil & gas exploration and production company Genel Energy, where she was HR director, based in Turkey.
