International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has made one new hire, as well as promoting two of its people.

Diaga Trumpe, who works throughout the Middle East and Africa region, has been promoted to client partner. She has worked for the company since 2010, most recently as head of the technology practice.

Guido Bormann, who only recently joined the firm as client partner, has been promoted to country manager for Germany.

Anda Marian has been appointed principal in the Bucharest office. She joins from an executive search firm where she was executive director and knowledge management director.
