Recruitment and HR consultancy Quarsh has been chosen to manage the talent acquisition efforts across the UK and Ireland for Interactive Data (IDC), a global financial data services provider.

Quarsh, based in Milton Keynes, will provide full resourcing support as well as developing a long-term talent strategy for the financial data services company.

The aim is to reduce IDC’s agency reliance and improve its employer value proposition in Europe.

The partnership follows the termination of an arrangement with a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) organisation, which had an on-site team at IDC, a Quarsh statement said.

Quarsh is now revising and mapping the recruitment environment and will be hiring for 140 new and existing vacancies over the next 12 months, the statement went on to say.
