As thousands of customers rely on JSA, especially for its payroll services, any downtime could prove highly problematic for the company.

Working with Sungard Availability Services, JSA’s core platforms are now placed in a private cloud within Sungard’s datacentre, which are linked to a work suite with PCs, telephony and other office equipment, ready for use by JSA’s staff at a moment’s notice.
