Technology, analytics and digital markets recruiter InterQuest has acquired the remaining 29.92% of issued share capital that it did not already own in its subsidiary Fulcrum Telecom.

Technology, analytics and digital markets recruiter InterQuest has acquired the remaining 29.92% of issued share capital that it did not already own in its subsidiary Fulcrum Telecom.
Completion of the acquisition is due to occur on 27 March 2015 or on a change of control, whichever is the earlier.
Fulcrum recruits into the telecom space, focusing on businesses providing infrastructure to support demand in the digital world.

InterQuest Chief Financial Officer Michael Joyce told Recruiter that means Fulcrum is now fully owned by InterQuest.
Its founders will stay on.
He said it was an investment for future growth as the digital infrastructure and telecoms market was a growth area.
