Temporary recruitment software provider Flo Software Solutions has hired Phil McDonald as managing director.
McDonald successfully started up the group’s ethical payroll umbrella company, Paraplus, in 2011. He has also previously held chief executive positions at recruitment companies Staffline and MGMS International.
Flo is part of the Brookfield Rose group and provides a cloud-based solution to help temporary recruitment agencies to win and retain business.
