Global oil & gas recruiter Oscar Associates has appointed David Waterfield (right) as regional director for the American region to drive the strategic direction of the region.

His previous experience includes roles across the Americas, Europe and Africa with large oil & gas recruitment companies.

On his appointment, Waterfield said it was an exciting time to join the firm as it had a clear strategy for global expansion and enhancing levels of service. He hopes to deliver a more pro-active recruitment approach.
