Global talent, health, retirement and investments consultancy Mercer will acquire Jeitosa Group International, a global HR business consultancy and IT systems integration firm. 

Jeitosa is a Workday Services Partner, which means the acquisition will allow Mercer to become a full Workday Services Provider. Workday is a HR and human capital management Software-as-a-Service solution for managing global businesses.

Clients of both Mercer and Jeitosa will be able to leverage integrated Workday services from Mercer, encompassing both global strategic HR consulting and technical systems deployment and integration.

Through the acquisition, Mercer will add Workday deployment services to its current Workday advisory services to assist Workday’s current and future customers with a complete end-to-end solution.

Going forward, Mercer’s global Workday relationship will be led by Steven Seykora, partner and Workday practice leader in Mercer’s talent business.
