International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has announced its country manager, Sanja Brkić, is, after six years, leaving on 30 September.

Mona Neagoe will manage Croatia on an interim basis. She is currently the partner in charge of the Adriatic Region, and also oversees Hungary, Romania and the Republic of Moldova.

She will be supported in the role by Domagoj Bedenikovic, who joins the firm as a consultant.
