Simon Grieve joins the group as head of executive resourcing from GlaxoSmithKline, where he was head of global procurement capability.
Emma Porteous has been appointed interim executive resourcing partner. She was previously search director at the Barracuda Group.
Mark Gilbertson joins the group as head of group resourcing from TSB Bank, where he was most recently head of resourcing.
