Wild Recruitment in Portsmouth has won a contract to supply almost 70 new staff to car component manufacturer Gestamp in Fareham.

The multinational Gestamp group has invested £14m in its Fareham base and required both permanent and temporary workers.

Wild Recruitment managing director Michelle Stewart said: “Our experience, expertise and local knowledge helped us win the contract and we are now actively supplying staff.” 

Gestamp has a 12-year contract to manufacture car parts. Once the recruitment process is finished, the group expects to have about 90 staff.
