Hill spent the past five years as vice president of talent management at technology company Invensys, where he was responsible for a team of 60 across all geographies.
His responsibilities include: talent management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, organisation design, succession planning, executive assessment, executive coaching, learning & development, and employer brand.
