McDonald’s Europe, the fast-food retailer, has appointed Paula Coughlan senior director, talent management, Europe. 

Coughlan joins McDonald’s Europe from PepsiCo, where she led organisation and management development for the European business.

Working with the European management team and the European division HR leads, Coughlan will have overall responsibility for talent management plans, including succession and advancement planning for key positions across Europe.
