Specialist IT recruitment consultancy IT Talent has hired Joyti Chibba as its new internal recruitment manager.

Chibba will be responsible for overseeing the internal hiring process as the company increases headcount across London and Reading.

Before joining IT Talent, Chibba was head of recruitment at B2B marketing services provider, Quantum Marketing.
