Recruitment and search consultancy firm Eames Consulting Group has promoted Philippa Anderson to partner.

Anderson joined Eames Consulting Group a year ago as director of the risk management, audit & compliance divisions, and is responsible for growing the divisions in line with the group's strategic growth plans.
