ADP aiming to grow through Raw Talent Academy

ADP UK, the provider of payroll and human capital management solutions, has partnered with Raw Talent Academy as it looks to expand its sales team. The two companies first partnered in early 2014 with ADP recruiting a number of consultants into their inside sales team.

Raw Talent Academy will be bringing talent from the local area to an audition day on the 24 July at the Brooklands motor-racing circuit, Surrey. All candidates will go through both telephone and face-to-face interviews, as well as its innovative FacePitch process. The candidates will then be whittled down until only the top 20 receive an invite to the audition day.
The day will see the invited candidates undertake a series of real-life business tasks while being assessed by both ADP's senior management team as well as Raw Talent Academy assessors.
