SPIE, a European provider of electrical and mechanical engineering and HVAC services, energy and communication systems, is relocating Rachel Hayward to Abu Dhabi to begin a new role as Middle East & Central Asia business unit recruitment manager for SPIE Oil & Gas Services.
Hayward’s responsibilities will include heading up and developing the recruitment team to support the business across six countries.
