Sarah Mason has been hired from talent specialists Talent Advantage to work on a consultancy basis to design, manage and implement long-term projects.

Marc Gulliver has been appointed head of talent acquisition. Gulliver joins Eximius from consultancy specialists NP Group to focus on identifying and hiring key talent.

Alongside these new appointments, Eximius is also building an in-house sales training programme to accelerate the development of graduate-level hires, as well as provide advanced training for experienced staff. Eximius has appointed Fiona Lundy on a temporary contract to help support the training design phase of the project.

Both projects will be running simultaneously to offer a strong hiring and on-boarding capability ready for its graduate intake from 1 July.
