Jennifer Duvalier, executive vice president of people at ARM, has been appointed as a non-executive director at Guardian Media Group (GMG).
At ARM, a semiconductor intellectual property supplier, Duvalier manages overall people strategy and activity, and also contributes to the development and execution of group strategy.
Before taking on her present role, she was group people and culture director for six years at UBM, a global events-led marketing and communications services business.
