Fri, 25 Apr 2014Spencer Group, a UK specialist engineering businesses, has appointed CDI AndersElite to manage all the company’s permanent and contract recruitment through a managed staffing programme (MSP).
 
Simon Trippick, managing director of CDI AndersElite, said the programme was aimed at better supporting hiring managers.

“In addition,” he said, “we will be deploying some of our in-house technology to help streamline the whole recruitment process including video interviewing, automated on-boarding and pay-rate benchmarking tools.”
