The programme, now in its third year, will support two graduates by offering them a bespoke 18-month development programme. They will undertake a number of placements working across all of Penna’s services, from recruitment and development to career transition.

The programme aims to give the successful applicants valuable on-the-job experience and insight into real business issues on a diverse range of specialist areas within the HR consultancy sector.
