Fri, 4 Apr 2014Liquid Personnel, the specialist social work, healthcare and nursing recruiter, has appointed David Hickey as operations director and Helen Groves as finance director.

Hickey joined Liquid in 2010 as operations manager, while Groves has been with the business since 2009 as financial controller.
