Emirates, the Dubai-based airline, has hired Stephen McCool as human resources manager – flight operations recruitment.

McCool, previously head of resourcing at HR change management, will be based in the United Arab Emirates
Before this appointment, McCool was resourcing transformation lead for Network Rail where he led a major company relocation of around 3,000 positions and 1,000 new hires to a new National Centre in Milton Keynes.
