Donna Topham and Kate Jones join de Poel Clarity as operations director and operations executive respectively.
 
Topham joins from Ranstad Care, where she served as operations director. She brings 17 years’ experience in the recruitment industry and will head up the account management team within the Knutsford-based company.
 
Jones joins from Medacs Managed Healthcare, where she worked as a business support manager. She will focus on ensuring the eligibility of candidates to work, as part of Clarity’s mission to reduce the cost of compliance.
