Thirty-six new manufacturing jobs are to be created in Geelong, Victoria.

This is the result of the latest project to be funded by the Commonwealth and Victorian Government and Ford Australia’s Geelong Region Innovation and Investment Fund (GRIIF).

The grant of A$1.2m (£0.67m) has been awarded to Trade Mailing and Fulfilment Services, which makes and supplies mailing envelopes, x-ray bags and other envelope products to mailing companies, printing firms and other clients.

Its new manufacturing and training centre in Geelong will be used to upskill its Australian workforce to use state-of-the-art technologies, such as its new inkjet digital printing system.
