AOMi agrees to acquire RedOwl

Workforce optimisation solutions firm Active Operations Management International (AOMi) has agreed to acquire software firm RedOwl Technology in an all shares-based transaction.

Workforce optimisation solutions firm Active Operations Management International (AOMi) has agreed to acquire software firm RedOwl Technology in an all shares-based transaction.

RedOwl adds a centralised planning and optimisation software capability to the AOMi solutions portfolio, which complements AOMi’s aim of empowering team leaders with local plans and local control.
 
RedOwl founder and chief executive officer Julian Harper joins the AOMi management team as chief commercial officer. All the current RedOwl team, including its Limerick Ireland Development Group, will now become part of the newly-expanded AOMi group.
