Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), the provider of talent acquisition and management services, has secured a global agreement with Statoil, one of the world’s largest energy companies, for its global talent acquisition and management services.

Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), the provider of talent acquisition and management services, has secured a global agreement with Statoil, one of the world’s largest energy companies, for its global talent acquisition and management services.
The multi-year agreement will see AMS implement a talent acquisition model to support Statoil’s international development strategy, leveraging the partnership with energy sector recruiter NES Global Talent, who will be supporting AMS with the recruitment process.
The global deal will cover markets including Norway, the US, Canada, Brazil, the UK, Tanzania and Angola, and will see AMS manage end-to-end recruitment services involving around 5,000 permanent hires a year.
The partnership will see AMS hire graduates, apprentices and summer interns for Statoil. In addition, AMS will use its expertise to maximise the benefits across Statoil’s internal recruitment platform.
