HR recruiter Macmillan Davis has hired Ross Maxwell as consultant in its Manchester office.

Macmillan Davis also welcomes back Dean Elliott, who has returned to the London office after taking a sabbatical for 12 months. Elliott joined the business in 2007 and specialises in interim.
