Boardman has led senior executive assignments for sports organisations, major sports leagues, teams, conferences and educational institutions.

Her recent work includes searches for the commissioner of the nation’s largest collegiate sports conference, chief revenue officer for a top professional sports team, senior vice president, sponsorship sales for a major sports league and the chief marketing officer of an Olympic organisation.
