Fletcher Solicitors appoints Duxbury as new head of people

Fletchers Solicitors, the clinical negligence and serious injury law firm, has appointed Sara Duxbury as head of people.

Fletchers Solicitors, the clinical negligence and serious injury law firm, has appointed Sara Duxbury as head of people.

Duxbury will be responsible for defining and driving Fletchers’ talent, training and HR strategy, and is tasked with leading the talent acquisition and development of employees to continue the company’s growth.

She joins Fletchers from retailer New Look, where she was the international learning & development and HR manager for two years. Before that she was the training and development manager for Northern Europe at retailer MANGO.
