Recruitment firm Arcus Global Partners has appointed Ellie Rich-Poole and Justin Whitehouse as managing directors.

Recruitment firm Arcus Global Partners has appointed Ellie Rich-Poole and Justin Whitehouse as managing directors.

Rich-Poole joins the business from parent company Norman Broadbent, where she was a director of the HR practice. Before joining the Norman Broadbent group in 2012, Ellie held positions at recruiter Michael Page, as well as HR generalist roles at NAAFI (Navy, Army & Air Force Institutes), Woolworths and B&Q.

Also joining as MD, Whitehouse has responsibility for building an interim business across sectors. He has been providing senior interim talent to the financial services sector for well over a decade.
