Korn Ferry hires Dhesi as senior client partner

International executive search firm Korn Ferry has hired Arvinder Dhesi as a senior client partner.

Dhesi will work with clients on “ensuring their talent brings them competitive advantage”, said Bernard Zen-Ruffinen, EMEA [Europe, the Middle East and Africa] president, Korn Ferry.

Dhesi joins Korn Ferry’s EMEA human resources centre of expertise, and will be based in the London office focusing on expanding capabilities in the UK.

He joins from Towers Watson, where he was head of talent & organisation practice in the UK. Previously, Dhesi held in-house roles at RBS, Aviva and Mars.

Commenting on his appointment, Dhesi said: “Korn Ferry, through its multiple acquisitions and organic growth, is now in a class of its own in terms of its capability to assist clients in attracting and developing top people.”
