de Poel Clarity appoints Dame Gill Morgan as adviser

Dame Gill Morgan, former permanent secretary of the Welsh Assembly Government, has been appointed to the advisory board of de Poel Clarity, managed services provider to the public and private healthcare sectors.

A statement from de Poel Clarity said Dame Gill will provide the business “with strategic advice, as it looks to grow its NHS client portfolio”.
Formed in 2013, de Poel Clarity manages the relationships between Trusts and what it described in a statement as “a select panel of recruitment agencies”, managing the procurement of non-permanent staff at all levels.
In addition to the Welsh Assembly role she held from 2008 to 2012, Dame Gill also previously acted as chief executive officer of the NHS Confederation and CEO of the North & East Devon Health Authority. She is the current chair of the Alzheimer’s Society and Foundation Trust Network.
