China human resources services provider 51job increased revenues by 10.9% in 2013 to 1,676.7m yuan (£165.1m), according to financial results issued by the company.

Gross margin rose to 72.5% from 72% in 2012, while operating income was 0.6% higher at 488.6m yuan.

In the fourth quarter, ending 31 December 2103, total revenue was 18.9% higher at 472.4m yuan compared with the final quarter of 2012.
