Head Resourcing, the Edinburgh IT & business change recruitment consultancy, has reshaped its executive team with a number of senior level appointments.

Martin Ewart, a former managing director of Logica and head of group technology at HBOS, becomes chairman. Among a raft of changes to senior management, this is coupled with the appointment of Huw Martin as managing director; Lee Murray as deputy managing director and commercial director; and Anna Payne as managing director of Head Medical, all of whom join the board.
The company’s new board also includes finance director Callum Lyle, while former chairman Paul Atkinson remains as a non-executive director.
