Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) business Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) has acquired Talent Collective, a management consultancy specialising in talent acquisition.
Announcements on both organisations’ websites revealed the acquisition, the first since AMS was acquired by US private equity fund, New Mountain Capital, in a £260m deal in October 2013.
The Talent Collective team joining AMS includes Jeremy Tipper, who joins as global head of consulting with responsibility for all consultancy practices, and Laura Padua who will head up technology consulting.
This marks the second time that a company founded by Tipper has been acquired by AMS. The first, RPO business Capital Consulting, was bought by AMS in 2008.
According to the AMS website statement, this acquisition is intended to enable AMS to “extend the breath [sic] of its consultancy offering, notably technology consulting, to cover the full talent life cycle”.
