Fri, 3 Jan 2014Recruitment solutions firm Futurestep, part of Korn/Ferry, has been appointed to “drive ambitious business growth in Greater China” for exporter and milk processor Fonterra, New Zealand’s largest employer.

Futurestep will support the company with candidate sourcing, attraction, screening and recruitment administration, as well as graduate hiring. It will also implement Taleo as its applicant tracking system and its own Foresight recruitment analytics technology.

The two companies have worked together for eight years, with Futurestep managing Fonterra’s permanent and fixed-term recruitment.
