UAE carrier Etihad Airways has launched a major recruitment drive to find cabin crew in Australia.

The recruitment days will be held in Sydney on Monday, 10 February and Melbourne on Wednesday, 12 February 2014.

Aubrey Tiedt, Etihad Airways' vice president guest services, says: “We hope to attract individuals with a great passion for guest service and hospitality to join our multinational and multicultural cabin crew team."

Once selected and invited to attend a recruitment day, applicants will meet members of the Etihad Airways recruitment team, who will provide comprehensive information about living in Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates, where all the company’s cabin crew are based.

Nearly 350 Australian nationals currently work for Etihad Airways including 52 pilots and 83 cabin crew.
