Aberdeen-based energy recruitment specialist Inter-Services has rebranded to become RedWave (Aberdeen).
The name change brings it in line with its Dutch parent firm RedWave, which until August 2013 was known as USG Energy.
Established in 1990 as Inter-Services, to supply offshore personnel to the oil & gas industry, RedWave (Aberdeen) has expanded into recruiting for the growing renewable energy sector. Last year the company launched a new division, Medi Support, providing offshore medics and sickbay management services to the offshore energy industry.
Director of RedWave (Aberdeen) Jacqueline van den Akker says: “Inter-Services had been operating for over 20 years, so the decision to rebrand was not taken lightly. Adopting the RedWave name ensures that we have closer collaboration with our colleagues in Europe and can ultimately provide our clients with an expanded service.”
