Business process management software firm WNS has partnered with enterprise software product company Ramco Systems to jointly service the HR outsourcing marketplace.

The new WNS-Ramco HCM [human capital management] product is built on Ramco’s VirtualWorks platform using WNS’s people management experience, and Ramco’s cloud-based technology.
It covers a range of HR areas including recruitment, workforce management, payroll and benefits.
