Wed, 18 Dec 2013Recruitment firm Kelly Services has allied with online freelancing platform oDesk.

The global online professional community of nearly 5m professionals working through oDesk will be made available to clients through KellyOCG, the company’s outsourced talent supply chain manager.

"The increase in project work as well as talent shortages in critical skill categories are requiring companies to look beyond historical channels to meet their talent needs," says Teresa Carroll, senior vice president and general manager of KellyOCG.

Kelly also suggests that the new offering provides better visibility of costs.
